Annabel + Luke’s – Marbury Church, Whitchurch Wedding
Annabel and Luke’s Maypole Tipi Wedding was due to happen in June this year but sadly like everything else in the world at the moment due to Corona Virus it was not meant to be!
However with government guidelines starting to slightly ease, it was incredible to receive the news that Annabel and Luke were still set on getting married this year and to have a reduced amount of guests and to have their ceremony still at Marbury Church Whitchurch Shropshire.
Annabel’s family are incredibly close and it was wonderful to photograph the extended family outside Marbury Church so eager to see her when she arrived at church and send on their well wishes. They sadly could not come into church due to numbers but the cheer when they came out of church was superb!
They also brought their own drinks and nibbles which was hilarious!
Next year I am sure they will be celebrating all day and night for making up not having the party this year with plenty of hugging, kissing and dancing with arms out in the air!
It really was fantastic to get the cameras out once again and starting to feel a small step in the right direction.
Regardless of social distancing, it was great to capture a group of people together with plenty of beaming smiles. I am sure the opportunity of being able to dress up for an occasion was an absolute joy too!
Thank you to Annabel and Luke for the privilege of photographing their special day in such crazy times and really looking forward to being able to capture their wedding – part two, when the time comes!
