Chester Town Hall Event Photography

Last Friday I had the pleasure of doing some event photography at Chester Town Hall on behalf of Horseradish.

It was a great event to photograph, getting everyone in on the Christmas Spirit early in December!

I thought it would be rude not to get any photos of the Chester Christmas Markets (- how beautiful do they look with the Town Hall as the background?) It was great to dust off the Manfrotto tripod and get some lovely long exposures of the venue and get in on the action of the Christmas Market before the guests came along for the evening fun.

I had never been inside Chester Town Hall before and it certainly did not disappoint – what a stunning venue! It is a Grade II* listed building, standing proud in the centre of the city.

My approach to the evening was to set the scene with some photos of the venue, show of the preparation of the event – the Great Hall set up, preparation of the food, the staff (front and back of house) working hard and the service they provide, guests having a good time and having fun with music from the band later on (who were very good by the way!)

Event photography is another one of my services that I love to provide and get in on the action and here are just a few photos to summaries what I got up too!
