Back in 2014, I photographed Tess’s brothers wedding at Combermere Abbey. This is when I first met Tess. Fast forward to 2017, Tess dropped me an email to see if I was available the date of her wedding and yes I was! To hear back from guests and family members after a wedding they have been to is simply amazing! When Tess filled me in on her and Charlie’s wedding day plans, I was incredibly excited to be their Mytton and Mermaid Wedding Photographer!

Details of the Day!

Both Tess and Charlie got ready with family and friends surrounding them. It was great to be at Tess’s family home with familiar faces from her brother’s wedding. Great happy atmosphere to get casually ready in! The Boys were that chilled they cracked open the fizz and had a game of cards!

The fabulous ceremony was held at St. Alkmunds Church in the heart of Shrewsbury. I have not photographed their before and would love to go back again, the Australian Vicar was super! The historical streets of Shrewsbury added some fantastic back drops. The Tudor buildings are wonderful to look at, I love Shrewsbury. Cobbled lined street added to some creative shots too!

We were faced with a few rain showers, however we did not let it get in our way as a Mytton and Mermaid Wedding photographer back at the Reception. We got some cracking portrait around the venue.

Speeches did not disappoint!

Before we departed Tess and Charlie’s Wedding, we captured the incredibly funny speeches. Whenever I have meet with Tess and Charlie I have all ways ended up with those ridiculous giggles where you just can not stop, and still be for we left, the same happened again and even the guests were involved too!
